Living here is affordable, and the management team is top notch. The units are spacey, and you're within walking distance to a lot of great places in Seattle. Parking can be less than ideal, but if you can find a spot get it quick. I had to move for work, and I can only hope the next place I live is half as quiet as the concrete units here.
